Terms & Conditions

Bookings

Unless otherwise stated, all bookings for grouse, partridge and pheasant shooting, or any other game shooting made through HectorKirk Gundogs & Sporting require a 50% deposit on receipt of booking, with the balance due seven days prior to the shooting day.

Licenses and Insurance

Unless otherwise stated, all persons participating in sporting activities through HectorKirk Gundogs & Sporting are required to have the relevant shotgun / firearms certificate and valid third party insurance policy which covers cancellation due to adverse weather, interference by protesters or financial failure of the shoot venue.

Data Protection

  • We will process all personal data fairly and lawfully

  • We will only process personal data for specified and lawful purposes

  • We will endeavor to hold relevant and accurate personal data, and where practical, we will keep it up to date
